Nice today so I just hadta do somethin' !
Since it is supposed to turn really COLD tomorrow and today was really nice; near 80 degrees, I started looking for something to do and remembered I had a little matching paint left so why NOT try to paint my strut tower covers.
Yup, I used the old adhesive promoter, let dry and then wiped off the surface; let it sit for around 30 minutes like the instructions said and put on two to three coats of primer and let that dry. I knew I had very little matching paint left so I used another BLUE I had for a base coat and THEN added the matching BLUE. Think they came out really good. I'll let them sit for a couple days to insure the paint has cured BEFORE I put them back into the engine bay.

I just wanted to do something today and I thought about this. I originally was going to paint 'em yellow but changed my mind and went with the BLUE.
Now that these came out decent; I may get BRAVE and try to paint the one on my other Red R/T lucky. That IS... IF the weather EVER gets warm again. Geesh, I hate the colder weather; I wanna be out moddin' somethin' !!!
