Default Intake Air Flow Hose
Just put this on today, it's just a hose rigged on there to get more air to the intake. Thinking it'll help alot considering the intake doesn't get a ton of air just sitting in the middle of the engine bay. So hoping this is the fix!

Surely it should send more air up in there now. Have you noticed any difference yet?

Home made mods are great. Of course you must realize there is plenty of air in the center of your engine bay, it's just that it is probably heated air and the engine runs better on cooler air.The hose redirecting air is a good idea, but you might consider extending your inlet tube and sticking the filter further forward down low where the air is coming in. Then wrap the inlet tube in insulation to keep the incoming air as cool as possible.

It seems to be helping it run cooler and stay there which is a good thing

The air coming from the front of the truck would be pretty cool to I'd imagine. Plus it's shoving alot right to the intake, which is what they're designed for
