Default 89 octane
I put $20 worth of 89 in my truck yesterday. It seems to be running better, should I start running 89 in it from now on?

What's the specs? Ya only need the octane if it's built for it.

Not necessarily... I run 93 octane in mine and it's far from built

You only need the octane to prevent detonation which depends how aggressive the timing curve is and thus the tune. Otherwise just a waste IMHO

I have the truck at the 91 tune with the diablo and run 93, it gives me a tiny mileage bump but thats about it.

Running 93 got rid of the little stumble at idle my truck had at idle and it pulls a little better that when I was running 87
