Thanks alot University of Florida....
For breeding these damned Love Bugs in an hopeless attempt to radicate mosquitos. I spent 20 minutes at the gas station today, scraping love bug shit and guts off my windshield.
Don't get me wrong, I was born and raised here, so I know all about them. But seems like they are as bad as I can ever remember them this year.
I havent even washed Ruby since the last meet, since IMO it is hopeless when I am driving through Love Bug swarms for 60 miles a day.

And I haven't run into a lot of them this year yet. I've been driving all over the place. Are you mostly getting into them between your place and the edge of Tampa?

And the only thing UF could've done better with the love bugs would've been to make them orange and blue instead of orange and black. LOL Stinky, acidic little bastards!

Here in Virginia the bugs get nasty also, and this got me thinking. Can you imagine how many bugs there would be if we didn't drive around killing millions and millions of them. No wonder the third world countries have so many bugs, they simple don't drive fast enough.

I once watched a show on fire ants colonies...according to them, fire ant colonies would have absolutely no problem what so ever in taking over the ground we walk on and making it inhabitable.

I met the guy that invented gatorade back when i was little, I mowed his lawn. The university has all the rights to gatorade, and he didnt make any money off of it. Paid me 5 bucks to mow that sumbitch.
