Default police lights
so i installed police lights on my truck today. its just for fun, for novelty. before you guys say anything i know its illegal to run them on the street yada yada yada. im only gonna use them while parked or when im showing. im thinking about taking off the racing stripes and fox decals and painting the wheels black. to give my truck the undercover cop car look, like the chargers and tahoes. anyways, here's a lil video...

Welcome Back Ken!!

Just be careful with them. Red and Blue are huge no nos....make sure the switch is no where near you when you drive...you accidentally hit them on and not know it till its too late...

What kind of lights are they? Where did ya get them from?

You already know this but those lights are going to be nothing but trouble for you. They are illegal to have mounted on your truck, not just to use.

Good luck, you are going to need it.

I looked up the statute and it's not illegal to have it mounted, but it is illegal to flash them. They were on the front of my wrecker in Iraq, but towards the end of my deployment we went allowed to use them cuz the Iraqis would try to blow is up thinking we were gun trucks... So I just sent them home lol
