alright adam, looking good bud. i dont remember how to get that cap on the bumper off but i did my 01 to color match i was happy. and i did the bezel around the tails it really cleans up the ass end on the 2nd gens

The cap just snaps in place. You've got to reach behind the bumper to get to the clips but all you've got to do is squeeze them together and they'll pull right out
I circled them plus there should be two more, one on each end
