Ugh, this is the first chance I've had to get to my computer since Friday... LOL

For those who don't know the back-story, on how I wound up with the Mopar 11, my 2010 R/T Charger got rear-ended down in Florida in March. The 19 year old girl who hit me was texting

$14,000 later, I got the car back, and while Tim at Alternative Koncepts did a great job repairing it, it wasn't the same. So when I got back to NY, I saw the M11 in the showroom of the local dealer. I knew a little bit about it, but I wanted to know more. So here's what I found...

Unleash the beast
The Mopar '11 Charger R/T brings pure muscle back to the street – without any illegal performance enhancing chemicals.

The Mopar '11 is powered by the legendary 5.7-liter HEMI® with 370 horsepower and 395 lb. ft. of torque. The specially-equipped Charger includes the "Super Trac Pac" option that enhances the acceleration, handling and braking capabilities. At the rear, the differential has been boosted with a new 3.91:1 final-drive ratio for enhanced acceleration – unique to the Mopar Charger. Initial testing of the Mopar '11 Charger has produced 0 to 60 mph blasts in the low five-second range.

Chassis enhancements include a larger front 30mm solid stabilizer bar and rear 20mm solid stabilizer bar. Cross-car braces, located at the front and rear shock towers, add to the overall stability and handling of the Mopar Charger.

Aggressive looks. Comfortable ride.
Available only in Pitch Black finish, the Mopar '11 Charger features a pair of Mopar Blue racing stripes running from the front air dam, over the roof and ending at the bottom of the rear fascia. A rear spoiler is standard on the special-edition model. Specially-designed 20-inch by 8-inch "Envy" wheels have Goodyear F1 Supercar tires on all four corners. The high-gloss black painted, five-spoke wheels complement the Charger's Pitch Black exterior finish.

Inside, unique Katzkin® leather seats are striped and stitched in Mopar Blue thread, as is the leather-wrapped steering wheel. Each vehicle has an ID plaque with the vehicle's production number, and owners receive a custom Mopar key fob. New owners also receive a personalized owner kit, including VIN certificate, exact date of manufacture, official production number, plus exclusive Mopar '11 merchandise.

Only 1,500 Mopar '11 Chargers have been produced. Want one? The best place to start is at your local dealer.
So after crunching some numbers, I decided it was feasible. I ripped out everything from my '10, and traded it in for this Bad-ass, special edition Charger.

It's number 417 of 1500. So far, I haven't had a chance to do much to it, other than put in my intake. But I've got 3 boxes in my garage of lights and sirens that will be going into it. I just need to get 4 more lights, and some time to do it.
