Default Dash Removal
I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THIS
the orig author is pcp from DT
this is a 05 i had it a little easier because the windshield was out.
We already removed the steering column. so your battery should already be disconnected. if not disconnect and wait 20 min. (removing column)
You DO NOT have to remove the speedo, ac temp control, radio, right air bag, glove box, cup holder, ashtray, or anything else from the dash.
Pull the upper dash cover. It just pops up and then off.

Next pull the plastic under the cup holder and ashtray. Just pull.

Then the cover on the left side of the dash. Just pull, and the cover on the right side as well.

pull the left and right windshield pillar trim. 10mm unplug wires on both sides going up the pillar.

pull the left and right kick panel. on the right there are two plugs and a antenna wire.

pull the hood release handle and cable.

pull plastic by brake release handle. only two screws and just pull.

you'll need to pull the carpet back a little. you can do it now or wait.

on the left side under the brake release you will see a group of wires with a 10mm bolt in the middle.

pull the wire/plug that goes into the throttle pedal. ( this wire will come back to bit you later )

now we are ready to pull the bolts.

there is one under the dash on the right side by the heater motor. it has a strap that goes up. 10mm

on the top of the dash is 4 10mm bolts and 4 screws.

under the cup holder there are 2 13mm bolts

under the left side where the steering column was is a big piece of alum. you'll see 5 15mm bolts in it and 1 15 mm bolt that goes up. (get down and look up, you'll see it) also need to pull the clip on the rod for the brake pedal and pull the pin.

and there's one 13mm down by the throttle pedal.

all that is left is the 3 13mm bolts on the right side, two under the cover we pulled and one under the dash. it was covered by the kick panel.

on the left side we have the 3 13mm bolts 2 under the cover we pulled and one that was under the trim for the brake release, you already pulled that, right?

now you may need some help to life it out, don't forget to pull the carpet back.
as you are pulling toward the seats that wire for the throttle pedal will hang you up.
pull it back enough to look behind the dash and you will see the wire wrapped in black. it's held on with plastic clip, just pull them off.
you're set. slide it out one side or the other.
this took me 45 min. to pull.
