Tee says "You gonna work on that car EVERYDAY?
If it ain't raining I am... LOL
Yesterday we took both our lowered Magnums for a ride and she dropped off hers at the stereo shop to see why amp and speakers were cutting off and to check status of drivers door speaker. They found a damaged remote wire making the amp to cut in and out. The door speaker was shot and really cheap stock ones. She had both door speakers replaced with 3 way speakers. WOW, sounding good now. She has 15" Kicker Comps in a box that fills up a good part of the back of the car.
Then I stopped to some detail shops to see IF I could get the orignial pin stripes removed... missing in spots and faded in all others. both shops recommend that I just put NEW ones over the top.
After I got home was determined to see why neither fog light worked. I pulled off the plastic splash pan underneath and seen ONE side was cracked and broken; just decided to leave the stupid thing right off.... probably broke 'cuz the car has been lowered and it has been hitting at times.
ONE wire was just hanging down; no bulb and the other bulb was shot. Found some H1042's at O'reillys so I took off and picked 'em up and gottem installed.
Let their be light!!!
Tee took a few pictures.....
Walla!!!!!!!

Little dissapointed today as it's raining and still a lot of stuff to check out on this car...
However, in between the rain, I did get to go out and finish detailing the seats with leather cleaner.... then I was in the garage and found some yellow wire loom and decided.... why not... added some to the engine. The headlights had a lot of fog area on the top, so I just got some wax and they cleaned up better than they were. I also polished the tail lights. Then I remembered the washer hood nozzles did NOT spray. I sat in the car pushed the button several time and finally saw water coming from underheath the hood mat. I pull the mat back, squeesed my hand in there and found the hose just laying in there. I pulled the mat back enough to push the hose back on and NOW the wiper nozzles spray perfect... AW.... just something to do today....
The head lights before polishing.... Not a great picture; they were foggy
After polishing by hand; I don't have one of those headlight cleaning kits...
Then added me some yellow wire loom....
