I will have to say either lower the whole truck or reverse level it  Then consider taking off the side steps. Love the R/T badges by the way.

I have a truxedo roll up cover for a 3rd gen if your interested. Its in pretty good shape, no rips or anything. Its just taking up room in my house. I would have to agree with putting some drop shackles on the rear to level her out some more.

Daniel, for the true R/T look, you will need a color-matched hard cover. LOL
And I'm interested in the truxedo cover if you don't buy it. With my toolbox and 5th wheel hitch, it will depend on how it mounts.
