It's gotta be a defect or the wrong rotors. I've got 31K miles on my original pads/rotors, and there's only a very slight "shimmy" i'll call it with hard breaking. Never had any issues with the brakes at all.

okay took the wheel off this morning. both rotors had cracks in them. and when spinning the rotor it caught friction right at the cracks. took to to where we got them on, warrenty covered them free of charge. also found out that the tirods are going bad. had a good little bit of play in them. $28 dollar piece and they wanted $300 for them to do it. nope! so gonna search for a DIY on replacing the tie rods.
no more shaking or anything! anyone know where i can find a DIY on tirrods?

thanks for yalls help!

Auto zone has diy area on their site maybe DSM has a tech section, basicly you remove the end from the spindle count the turns as you unscrew it reinstall the new one and go to alignment shop replace anything else while your under there.

Something I do when I have done tie rods is take some white paint and paint a line on the threads right after the collar of the tie rod...so you know right where it goes.
