apparently the story is she was swinging at the cops immediately before this happened. not that that justifies it. its just funny but not funny

It appears to be a bit much, but who knows what really happened prior to that. Some police are overzealous but they never know who is truly dangerous or not...she could've just as easily had a gun as a hardened criminal.
