Default Center Console build pics
Last Sunday I started getting the itch to build a simple center console, so I went to Home Depot, got a few things, and went through with it. It took me about a week to do with college and work, but it could easily be done in a weekend. The basic idea was to build something that would replace the center seat, be more comfortable, and provide more storage (basically a toolbox for inside the truck).

Basic Idea

With the Foam on

Done

Thanks Okla!

Basically all I did, was remove the center seat and take a bunch of measurements. I based my new console off the factory one, except it is 1" narrower and 3" longer, but i retained the same height. Hope that makes sense. I cutout templates and built it out of cardboard first. I just wanted to keep it simple.
