Thanks,

I am surprised the rack with 20" wheels is actually a different lenght then without. Doesn't make any sense to me. But I would measure the rack currently in the truck to compare with to make sure you get the right one. Good luck.
Good info Adam., thanks

Greg, I am not too familiar with how a rack operates, but maybe the one for 20" wheels is valved differently? Thats of course if a rack has valves inside

Ok so we got the R&P swapped out (what a fun time that was....NOT) and all is happy...

Almost...

About 3 months ago I started to hear this high pitched screech at around 3700rpm, then it gradually got worse and worse until last week it was happening at take off from a light around 2krpm....Thought it was the tensioner because it was freespinning, replaced that today and it was still there, replaced the serp belt and it went away at the lower RPMs but still is there around 3500rpm...

My question, can I put a smaller belt on it in hopes that it will totally eliminate the screech and if so, what size? Right now I have the OEM replacement so im thinking if I go a little smaller, it will be tighter and eliminate the belt slip.

The sound is totally gone when the belt is off of the truck, so its definitely related to the belt...

Thoughts??

Spray some WD40 behind the pully on your water pump...the bushing on the imput shaft there can wear and start a screech....

If it is indeed belt slip, take a wire brush to your pulleys...brush them down real good...
