I agree with Jay...all the bigger letters on the budgie decal are wrapped/edged in white, and the smaller letters on the bottom are white.

Good point. I usually try to make all my decals all the same color and solid but i guess a budgie one won't be too bad. I will paypal for one soon. Keep me in mind tho if you ever decide to do solid decals, I will buy the first one :-)
