Not only was it BUILT in West Palm, but according to FB, Tony Alm, who owns the car, lives in Wast Palm

^ Yes, and Tony's girlfriend lives in West Palm too. And judging by the one pic of Tony standing by the mustang in one of the pics in Adam's link, I don't think Tony was born in 1951....at least he doesn't look 61 years old.
