Re: Building my first PDW-15
Piece by piece, and I'm very happy doing it this way. This weapon will allow me to train with it and use it as a recreational tool. I'm building it tough!

Re: Building my first PDW-15
Zombies or tyranicals...things turned thought I could something I can't. When I bought my 14" rev rail from fortis I had planned to buy a 14.5 or 14.7" barrel and pin a aac 51t blackout comp on it. Well I can't my rail is actually 14 5/8". So if I pin that comp on I can't ever get a can to seat properly. So... I will either pin a diff comp or go full 16" barrel build. So now I'm hunting for those parts. RCA bcg on the way, umbrella corp. Fde grip ordered. And picking up my h2 spikes buffer tomorrow. Just a few more things...

Re: Building my first PDW-15
Just got my umbrella corporation pistol grip in flat dark earth for the win. these grips are similar to the Bravo Company gunfighter grips they feature a more vertical grip than your average mag pul or a2 grip which is pretty angled

OH IM getting so close now I can taste it... Magpul STR in FDE (arrives Monday) and a Daniel defense 16" 556 nato 1/7 chf mpi hpt on order ships Mon., only things I need now are a charging handle (BCM Gunfighter large latch), gasblock/tube, and a compensator...then I can decide on optics but at that point I have a built and operational rifle...
Edit: Rollin coal hooked me up yesterday, vltor gas block and gas tube for freeeee! And I will swing by a local place that has my bcm charging handle in stock....then order a rainier arms xtc comp and fortis qd plate. This thing is wrapping up....
