I will post directions to RCR or to a location we can all meet if you want to cruise in together. Me Jim and Tee met up a few months ago to cruise into a car show in Welcome. As soon as I get the info I will post it.

Directions from Charlotte to RCR in Welcome

from Interstate 85

• Take I-85 North until you reach the I-85-BR/US-29/US-52/US-70 exit (EXIT 87) toward Lexington/High Point/Winston-Salem.
• Merge onto I-85 BR N/I-85 BL N.
• Stay straight to go onto US-52 N.
• Take the NC-8 S exit toward WELCOME (EXIT 92).
• Turn RIGHT onto NC-8/OLD US-52.
• Turn RIGHT on Industrial Drive at the RCR sign on your right.
• Cross the railroad tracks and the RCR Racing Museum will be directly in front of you. Industrial Drive turns to the left in front of the museum, then right at the end of the museum. The NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Shop is approximately 100 yards down on your left.

I actually live on the other side of welcome closer to Clemmons but I have asked if JIm and/or Tee, would like to meet everyone at a place on I-85 and bring them in.
If you would like to ride in together we can meet where I met up with Jim and Tee last fall. It is a Vets office down the road from RCR.

Jim, What time are you looking at leaving? Maybe we can hook up somewhere on 85 and caravan up.
