Ok - Here's what I've got for Trophies - If I can't get sponsors for the rest by Monday, the money will be taken from the show money, and they will be sponsored by the club and the KOC.

We're drawing ever closer to the day of the event..

If possible, i'd like everyone to be there around 2pm. It may be a little hairy at first, because the church has a mass that gets out at 2, but we'll at least be able to go over what's going where, who wants to do what tasks, etc etc.

What i'm going to need from people that have them, please bring your FRS/GMRS radios.. I've got 2, I know Kevin's got 2, Jay's got 2 or 3. If you have them, please bring them.

Adam, you're still going to be able to bring the 2 tables, right? And Jay, you're bringing the tent? Also Jay, would you be able to get one of those bank bags like you had at Uzzi's show?

If everyone else brings their show chairs, we should be good. I've got posterboards to make signs, tickets for the 50/50, duct tape, zip ties, rope, etc.

Can anyone think of anything else we may need?

Yes, I will be picking up the tables on Saturday from the mom in laws and bringing them...again, I will not be showing, but working the show, recruiting, etc for the club...

Since you are bringing zip ties and rope, I will bring some cool whip if someone can bring a live chicken.....
