After talking with a few of my buddies and their stories and expert opinions I went and bought some poly fill from walmart lol Took everything apart bolted down the box and filled it up with some polyfill. Guess what???

No more vibrations or rattles from the box. All I get now is nice crisp deep bass.

Daniel, I bolted down the box by using some self tappers and going straight through the middle of each hole where the sub goes. Super strong and no way its coming out now.

thats what i did, the holes were already drilled, i just drilled thru the floor board and used some lags theres no way in hell mines coming out....

One of the things with this box is when its cranked up real loud i can hear a rattle or buzz or something, drives me crazy. But I cant use polyfill as it is a vented box. Also when I screwed in the sub the screws went all the way down and still kept turning, kinda free spinning in there, any way to stop that from happening? Maybe the sub isnt tight enough in there.

try unscrewing it turn the sub a lil and get some meat, just dont over do it this time...

Daniel the samething happened with me. I used the same holes the guy before me used but they were not tight. Went in and kinda bite but still turned. I re-angled the sub and drilled my own new holes. Sung as a bug

I used self tapping wood screws and made my own holes, still did it, but Ill try again later.
