Just thinking out loud but that stuff really sets me off. Maybe removing the offending door from her vehicle would let her know that being responsible in the parking lot is important. hmmm a gas powered chop saw running in the parking lot. Probably no one would pay it any mind. Better yet, just take the bill to her and ask her to settle up.

Oh snap! I couldn't see the pics that good on my iPhone/Tapatalk today. Damn, she smacked it pretty good. After seeing how hard it apparently hit, I would almost guarantee what happened is my scenario above.
Sounds like your dealer is going to take care of it for you, which is great news. Things like that is what make consumers being repeat customers.
