My whole family is in the NE and I'm very close to them. 8 years ago hubs and I decided to take our then 6 mth old to Fl in hopes we could provide her a better life. No job promise in Fl, we just wing and a prayered it, and fortunately it worked out. Leaving family was by far the most difficult thing I've ever done. We're positive moving was right for us, but only you can decide what's right for you. Good luck with your decision.

Yea, its probably going to be the most important decision I have ever had to make in my life...
I talk to the guy tomorrow, and then they are going to fly me out for the face to face, so we shall see what happens..
It will involve alot of travel. My buddy stayed in a hotel 135 nights last year. Drove over 40K miles and flew over 100K miles....
This job is right up my alley tho...Like Adam said, i have no kids, no wife, its just me...
Of course I would be leaving 2 families behind....But I will think about that at a later time....
IF i end up making the move out there, we will need a Farewell RamStrat BBQ....Probably do a big hog roast at my familys property in Brooksville....but thats IF it all happens....

Believe ME, I understand what YOU are going thru. I had the chance for an oppurtunity to MOVE from upstate New York to here in North Carolina. IT was a VERY hard decision for me also with ALL MY FAMILY still in New York. I too the chance and moved and never looked back! For the most part surely NOT sorry I did and IF I look back NOW and know what I know ~ I'd do it AGAIN! It IS a tough decision, NO doubt. Good luck on whatever YOU decide!
