We haven't had much action in the lowered section for awhile, so I would like to bring to folks attention the Timbren Aeon springs. I really believe in these things. They are absolutely necessary in the rear if you're dropped without a notch and in the front if you are not bagged. They are completely passive and can be abused by as much as you can give them. No more tippy toeing through dips and bumps. Fronts A140-65, rears A155-65. can be ordered from Ronald @757 675-6832. These are manufactured in Canada and dropped shipped to your address. I have no financial association with the seller/manufacturer. If you are new to my pitch for these, they simply replace the bump stops with a rubber spring of a given rating. i have increased the load carrying in the rear of Red by 1360 lbs without raising the ride height. Using these on lowered rides is a bit of a break through as they are not specifically manufactured for this purpose.

Mike, I haven't looked at those, as the p/n I provided are individual pieces as there is no kits for using these on lowered trucks, The rear sits within a 1/4" of the axle. The fronts I have adjusted so as not to rub.

With the Aeon springs you would not need to bother with avoiding anything you wouldn't normally avoid. I chase sport cars on the back roads here to the point I have seen them lifting wheels and Red stays planted. It's that good.

My next plate will either read LOWCLAS or NOCLASS I can't decide. I'm stuck with lowhemi for another year though.

I think "low Hemi" is a good plate.
I'm happy with my drop finally, but I'm going to shorter tires, so who knows where that will lead.
