I was gonna say that but i held my tongue,many of the more recent shows have not broken up the year ranges [premium productions does i think] so us classics have to compete against brand new stuff [unfair] with a bunch of bolt ons and unless your classic is very slick you are toast.

I have to agree on the paint chips and all. I have a few myself beings I drive the R/T everywhere and it just can't be helped. I'm going due to hearing how great it was and wanted to investigate. It's one of the last big shows before we head to TN. As for the trophies, I have plenty. The most coveted is the Don Garlits Pick for 2010. For a MOPAR guy, that says it all. I also enjoy talking to everyone and always seem to learn a new tid bit here and there. And we are going to have to cut back on all the shows we used to go to. We are retired now and have to watch our money. So it'll be a lot of M7G and cruis in's to feed the fever...LOL Sure hope to meet some of you guys before we got to TN.

Don't get me wrong Wiregrass is a great show tons of cars,lots of folks looking you will have a good time and the SEmopar fellas are a great group don't forget a camera and your chair,i understand the watch the money part i'm in the same boat so that too is a reason to scale back,back in the day we were going to cruise ins every nite of the week.

So lets make this another big one for SE. Even though they may be a little tough when it comes to judging, they're still fun shows, and it's a great opportunity to get the word out for our show in Feb. Maybe the Jax Wax crew can join us at this show too!

I'm a tentative for this show, as much as I wanna be here, it falls during a really big step for me and my family, the house should be completed by this time or close to it. So ill be a deciding factor the closer it gets...
