Ok- here's what we got for details..

Saturday October 22nd, from 3pm-9pm. Registration closes at 630. Trophies to go off at 9.
Location: St James Apostle Catholic Church, 8400 Monarch Drive, Port Richey. (Right off Little Rd, just North of Ridge.)

There's a parking lot that will fit about 100 cars for the show, with overflow on to a field.

This is in conjunction with a Pumpkin Patch and Craft Fair run by the Knights of Columbus Council 8155. They will have food vendors there, so we don't have to worry about that.

We need to secure a DJ, vendors, and sponsors for the trophies.

As for trophies, I'm thinking about doing 17
Club Participation
Top 10
Best GM
Best Mopar
Best Ford
Best Truck
Best Motorcycle
Best In Show

Nothing too fancy, just plaques with a little engraving and maybe the SEM logo.

We'll do a 50/50, and door prizes if we can get some donated.

I'm going to work on a flyer tonight, tomorrow I'll try and hit up a trophy shop to get some prices, and then I'll work on getting sponsors. The sponsors and vendors are going to be what I'll need the most help on now.

I figure we can do $35 for a vendor booth. $20 Registration day of show, $15 to pre-reg by October 1st. Once I get prices for trophies, I'll post up how much it is to sponsor one. Then we can work on sponsors. Hudson Valley Emergency Outfitters (My friend's company) is going to sponsor 1, maybe 2.

For vendors, of course I'd love to have Jax Wax there, I was also thinking S&R, maybe redline, and if anyone has other ideas, I'd love to hear them.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see you are hitting up the trophy shop tomorrow....

Add one more feature...

Even though it goes against everything I am as a Yankees fan, I have an email into the Tampa Bay Rays to try and get their mascot, Raymond, to make an appearance. Being the event is hosted by the K of C, they are a Section 501(C)3 Charity, we may be eligible to get a complimentary appearance. I'll let y'all know if I hear back.

Try the Lightning.. Don't think you'll get Thunderbug since it's a home game that night but you may get a Lightning Girl or 2 and maybe their Mobile Marketing Truck

honestley art it needs some revision to me it looks like a mopar only show, id hate for it to be like the cop shop where everyone thought only mopars would be there....it needs some more umph, and especially to target all cars and trucks....
