Well it can't be any worse then Pedigree lol it's worth a shot anyway and the cool thing is I can feed that stuff to both my dogs

For the first week or so, also give home some plain yogurt to help with gas probs your dog might get diring the switch...

I have had my boy Henry for about 3.5 years now, and I have had him on Benefull Healthy Weight the whole time. Its cheap stuff I know but it works good for my dogs. I got Henry and he weighed 68lbs the first time I took him to the Vet to make sure his shot were up to date. Every time I have taken him back for Check-ups and the Good ol Basset Hound Ear Infections he has been between 68-71lbs, probably based on whether or not he has pooped before I take him in.

Now as far as I am told, Henry is a Pure Basset, and AKC says 55-65lbs for him, so he pretty close. Since I never have had a problem I keep him on what he is use to.
