So, here is what I suggest...2011 has been a monumental year for not only the SEM Florida Chapter, but for SEM as a whole...we have truely put our names out there in the car/truck club world and people know who we are.
How about we meet for a cook out at a state park, centrally located so all members can attend...and we can celebrate the succcesses we have enjoyed this year...
THOUGHTS????

I think this is an AWESOME IDEA!

Here you can observe the river, cypress swamp, and fish life. The park also provides access to the Withlacoochee State Trail for walking, bicycling, skating and horseback riding. Located on 37 developed acres and 338 acres of open space in the eastern part of the county, this park has something for everyone - baseball, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, a fishing pier/boat ramp, and picnic areas, playground, hiking trails and horseback riding trails.
Now...if we do this, we wont be able to bring grills in...but they should have a pavillion or two with a very large grille there....

Is there any way to get a map of where our members are from and at. I know DT has something like that. Based off that map find a location that is a good driving distance for everyone. For that one location its almost 2 hours away just for me and probably farther for others. IMHO alot of the events seem to be on the west coast of Florida. Thats good and all for the members over there but for others it sucks.
