need ro know what gear i should do with 38/15.50/15 i have a stock 355 gear should i do a 410 or 456 let me know what would be better

You should call up where you are going to buy them from and tell them what you are looking to do with the truck and let them match you up properly. Not saying nobody here knows, so no disrespect meant to anybody.

I wasn't trying to be a smartass, but think of it this way...lets say you are looking for a new cam. You can call up the machine shop...tell them what you are wanting to get out of your engine and they can let you know what and how to achieve it...you can do the same with your gears too. And by far the best advise you are ever gonna get is from the people making what you are looking for.

cams are diff than gears, joey go with 4.56 youll regret not doing so if you go 4.10 especially with those big wheels....

4.88's for sure with those 38's. If it were me I would throw in a D60/70 before you invest too much in those 1/2 tons especially if you wheel it

I understand what you are saying, but having the gear manufacturer recommend a gear ratio that matches your engine, tranny, purpose and environment is the way to go...

Well i have 3.92s and I am running 40's....

Im thinking instead of 4.88's, im going to go with a set of 4.56's
