im hoping to get some of that superb customer service as well, just got a used 3175 that needs reprogrammed for my dakota!! need to get it sent in soon!!

They might just be able to do it over the internet. I bought mine used and it was for a 06 truck I believe. Ron was able to send me the flash for the older 3rd gens over the internet. Check out the superchips forum and look around then maybe send Ron a message and see what he says or call them up.

thanks scott! i need to find out if i have to send this in or if i can flash it at home. its a 3715. doesnt have a usb port. do i just call tech supprt and get a return code or something?

The 3715's are not internet updateable. That model would have to be returned to us under an RA that a customer service rep will provide you if you call 888-227-2447.
