I would recommend a steering box brace over, or at least in addition to, a steering stabilizer. I mean stabilizers do help some and look really cool but from what I hear from guys that added the brace after the stabilizer, the brace makes all the difference in the world with a big, lifted truck.

I have about $300 in my Top Gun Customz dual steering stabilizer with Bilstein 5100 cylinders. They don't look much cooler than that but a steering box brace is definitely in my future.
