Thought I would share this...some people say you can't smoke meat on a gas grill...I say, yes you can...this is a pork butt I smoked late last year on my Brinkmann gas grill....

Gettin the good stuff in..a mixture of apple juice and pork rub, injected into the pork butt:
These are the hickory chips, soaking in water for the smoke:
This is how I smoke it...the chips sit over the heat...and the butt off to the side:
The grill kept a really good consistant temp...cooked it for about 6 hours:
