TB doesnt look too bad but can't say the same for the air filter.
Looks like the Hemi can use a bigger bore TB but the taper on the bottom side of it.
Yeah they could probably use a bigger TB

16,000 mile service is when they're supposed to check it so I'm guessing it's probably around a 16,000 mile filter
