Lysol and HIV

So, as I sat on the commode dropping the Cosby kids off at the community pool, I quickly read the back of a Lysol can that was sitting on the counter. It says it will kill the HIV virus in 30 seconds...so I got to thinking...if a household cleaner company can find a way to kill the virus off in 30 seconds...why in the hell hasn't a pharmaceutical(spelling) company done the same for the human body? I understand that the money comes from the treatment and not a cure...but seriously think about it for a minute...
