thats a ford vin not a mazda vin but heres ur info Year/Make: 1996 FORD ,Title Status: CANCELLED,2 owners will not post names 3rd pyt info, and there is a lein file aganist the car from 07 out of gainsville fl....

Yes, at one time they owned enough stake in Mazda to have controlling interests...but Ford sold off most of their stake in Mazda. They still have less than 5% though.

Sorry, I reread my post and it sounded dumb. That vin was for my old 96 CVPI, I couldn't find the one for my RX7. No idea where that ended up.
