TPS sensor adjustment
Might be a dumb question but what is that exactly? Here's a thread on how to do it. What does the adjustment do?

TPS- throttle position sensor is a key sensor controlling your fuel injection. 2g also uses the sensor signal for TCC- torque converter clutch lockup. And shift schedule. On the 3g this is not adjustable and is calibrated and controlled by the PCM/TCM.
The main sensors for fuel are TPS, MAP, rpm, engine temp, o2. Now add speed and gear selection you have TCC control.
All of these cause the PCM/TCM to select fuel, timing and shift tables to operate from. Then there is adaptive memory that modify these tables to adjust for individual conditions. There are more sensors that add information to control fuel/timing such as kr-knock, Inlet air temp, cam/crank position, power steering/AC load and torque management. They all have their inputs and make the truck operate under various condition in a smoothe seamless manner. I would suggest you download the service manual and start at the begining to learn all about your truck. Blindly modding will cause you grief, and there are things on your truck that have yet to be exploited.

Wasn't my intention to discourage you from messing with it. By all means adjust it, but know what you are doing while you are messing with it. Good luck..
