Am I the only one?
I got some new shoes today, went and drove my truck and the pedal felt weird like it was a little stiff. But i drove it a little more and it got better, think its just cause of the new shoes I got lol

LOL...I wear work boots 95% of the time and on the weekends when I drive Ruby and wear skate shoes or flops the pedal feels way different....

When I got my last pair of boots, you'd think I forgot how to drive lol. I'd jump off from a stop and about lock up the tired when I started braking. Took a little while to get used to.
I'm still trying to figure out how in the hell my wife can drive barefoot lol

I've been wearing Nikes forever and just got a pair of Adidas this time around, that probably has something to do with it lol

I am guilty of driving Barefoot, Shoes feel to weird when I drive my truck.

Different types of shoes make a big difference in the way you feel your pedal. That is why a lot of people like barefoot because they feel the pedal better and it is comfortable.

Yeah, i know how it feels. When I was up north, I would literally only wear my work boots all winter long.. Then as it warmed up i'd switch out to the sneakers. Took some getting used to - ESPECIALLY on the motorcycle!

I wear mostly flip-flops year around. Congratulations on getting a new pair of shoes.
Storytime: Back in the days when street racing ruled the Bay area (CA) there was a guy who wore bowling alley rental shoes. Had a fast 62 plymouth sedan, ex-bell telephone service car. Never knew what engine he ran but he was a sneaky dude, coming in the shop at odd times through the back door. Waiting for folks to leave, parking where folks couldn't see the car and never never had the hood up. There was some real character roaming the streets....
