is some one putting some tile floor in. I just put ceramic in my laundry room what a major pain in the ass. Make sure you leave some money for those unexpected thing. i had to replace the water heater and rip the floor up all the way to the joist cause the water heater leaked.

We had to have our house rewired to get home owners insurance on it...talk about a PITA...especially when the house is over 100 years old.

That's close to the tires. We have tile in our 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, it's a pain to clean

i have been doing tile sice i was 16, it was my first trade. i have made good money as a side job. now im just doing a family favor and helping colton learn. all my fam get the labor for free but they have to supply with any tools i made need replaced. i own a wet saw and all the other goodies. my shower is next slate to the ceilings and double shower heads and a bench to sit on because who doesnt want to sit in the shower
