Thanks fellas, then I think I will leave it off.
Okla, its funny you say that, I actually did paint it black yesterday and put it on, it looked so out of place with everything else color matched.
Looks like I will clean up the bumper and leave it off!

It looks higher with it off to me, just my 2 cents, it's yours do what you want.

With it on or off Jay?
I have been researching, doesn't really seem like it will effect anything while driving, but there has been tests that say a 4" air dam on the bottom of a vehicle could increase highway mileage by as much as .8 MPG. It also is supposed to help direct some of the air back into grille to help cool the radiator.
