Congrats on the new home Jay! We've been in a Lennar home for 4+ years now. They have some really nice communities.

Cool man, If it was me I would convert the study to a larger master bedroom or larger patio but looks to be a nice house. Hope it goes smoother than ours did. lol

Those layouts are pretty common around here...especially where lots are getting longer than they are wide. There is a little community here in Zephyrhills up by the YMCA and all the houses are layed out that way.

Yeah seems to me a pretty common lay out, our old apartment had a similar layout just smaller. I know what you mean by the longer than wider. Theres a community by me that you would swear they are small cottages or something but you walk down the side of one and HOLY CRAP!

We almost picked one a lil diff but the wife and I like the front half where the family room and dining room is, and its kinda the non lived in part, hell as long as I get my garage space I'm good...
