Small show but a Lotta FUN!
Tee and I had planned on going to Arringtons today, however one of our friends was having a car show benefitting handicapped children at Stoner-Thomas School in Lexington NC and as much as we DID want to go to Arringtons we just felt in our heart that it would be nicer to help our friend and benefit the children there.
Because of the weather, only about 35 cars showed up and seven motorcycles. We did enjoy ourselves even though the weather was overcast, somewhat windy and pretty darn COLD!
As usual ONLY the older cars took home trophies; not much LOVE for the newer cars!
We must have been told THANK YOU several times for showing up and helping the children. We even got to meet some of the kids and they seemed to be having FUN and enjoying all the cars and motorcycles.

Sorry I could not make that one. I was working in Winston-Salem. That makes two shows that new muscle didn't get any love. We'll get them someday. Glad you & Tee had a great time.

Oh and I almost forgot.... we did win some door prizes!!!
I won some Turtle was Black ICE for BLACK cars only ~ cool and I also won another wax package by turtle wax and won some Greeting cards made by the little children.
Tee won a Motorcycle helmet and gave it to a little girl that was there as she had a dirt bike to ride in her back yard and no helmet. She also won a cool T-shirt and a little wooden bench signed by ALL the little kids!

All I can say is "Wow" Tee your Angel is Beautiful. an Jim yours is just Awesome! All your hard work on Them sure shows. Looks like you guys had a Great time. Maybe someday soon I will get to one of the shows to finally meet you.
