Default The rattle bucket is dead
Damn thing smoked the main fuse box arriving home from work had a loose ground wire and shorted out on the air intake heat relay and smoked, i don't know what but she won't run anymore so she's dead till i figure out the issues. I have ideas but unsure of which one or all of them. Several of the parts are around 50 bucks each but one of them is over 450+ [which i don't have] so we'll see a lovely end to a lovely day in my lovley life. If any one knows a diesel mechanic that could chat with me i would apprecate it i don,t want to start throwing money at this thing aimlessly.

You are right i'm not looking forward to it but thats exactly what i'm doing one by one but this has to be done before i can access the rest of the problems,i'm hoping this will fix it [yea right] i can dream can't i? All this mess cause of one wary ground wire.

Thanks but i don't have no money nor do i want payments. So i called my insurance company cause i got full coverage and an adjuster is supposed to make an appointment to look at my truck,i'm not holding my breath we all know insurance companys want your money but don't like giving it back [been with mine for 23 years with no claims] but i still expect a pumping or sorry can't help you. If they will fix it that will be great or if they total it [tears forming] [due to the cost of repairs] then i'll get something else [i have been looking] at durangos [the only newer thing i'm considering] or older dodge trucks. I'm over computers, airbags, electronics ect.
