Default what color guys
i see a few of you are on, i need to go buy paint for my intake tube, it was dusted with overspray so i sandblasted the fucker, now im in a dilemma on which color to paint it, what do you all think would look good under my hood, i have my own idea but thoughts from others would be good....

I say Red, If you Dont like It then you could always paint it Black.

do i really need to use a high temp paint, cause then my options would be way more if not....

If you plan in it lasting, yes...either that or powdercoat...plus, the high temp paint will work two fold...by both holding it's look in the heat AND insulating the intake helping to keep the air drawn into it cooler...scuff that thing up, clean it well and hit it with some Duplicolor self etching primer, sand again and paint away...

I say get some cool cheap vinyl that says "Blackened" and put it along the top, then paint it black, and then peel the vinyl off, so the Blackend will stand out...

You could paint the entire thing one color, then lay the vinyl, then paint it another color, so the "Blackened" will be the original color you painted it first...

If that makes any sense
