10" Sub Suggestions
So now I am fucking pissed. Those assholes at Fox Acoustics sent me a 10" box!!!!!!
"So send it back", Well for those who dont know, Fox Makes the best boxes but their customer service is NOTORIOUS for Sucking ASS! I sent them an email months ago asking when they will make these boxes again and never got an answer. And I have heard all the stories about how they handle mistakes, and well. I DONT WANNA PUT UP WITH THAT SHIT! (shipping the box back, waiting for them to send another, ughh) I would rather spend more money than deal with that.
So here is what I am thinking, I can just get a badass 10" sub and have the right amount of airspace for it with this box, I am only running a 300 watt amp to the shitty pioneer 12" I have now so I might as well run a badass 10" instead.
So what does everybody like in the 10"s
I used to have a badass Audiobahn 12.

Ohh and for another matter, you would think these guys would send the box ready to go, but no, they slap in a shitty 1$ terminal cup and dont even bother to solder in some wires to it. I mean the box I have been using is 30$ from walmart and it came with a better terminal with wires on it. I know people want to use their own wires but come on.

I Think I am just going to have to go down to the local audio guy and see what he has for me. He likes memphis stuff so we will see what goes down.

RF P3 for SURE!
the P2 is just like the P3 except older, and not nearly as good. I've got twin P3's in my truck and they sound amazing. Really really happy with them.
Compared them with the Alpine Type-R's at the store before i ordered the P3's online and there was no comparison. P3 FTW!

I went down to the local audio guy and had a talk with them and they reccomended me the JL 10" W0v2, so I bought one and so far it sounds pretty good. It matches my amp and my box almost perfectly.
Not an assload of bass but definitely more than I had with that shitty pioneer 12" so I am happy.
Here is a link to it, ill get pictures for you non-show guys when the seats get back.
