Default Uh oh!
I started a new job last week doing HVAC.. Got a call today from Carlisle asking me to come in for an interview on Monday..

HVAC 40+ hours a week. Outside constantly moving..
Carlisle 50 cent more an hour or $2 for third shift. Inside standing all day.. Overtime and full benefits after 90 days.

I went ahead and scheduled the interview.

HELP! It's a good predicament to be in considering our economy but im confused!!!!!

Unfortunately, money is king these days and benefits (mostly insurance) is a must.

Doing the interview Monday and if they offer me a job I will be hoping for first shift. Benefits start after 30 days not 90. Paid Holidays, vacations and a quarterly bonus just made my mind up. Talked to a few people that work there, Full 40 hours a week and all the overtime you want. Saturdays are optional, Sundays off.
