lit up...
Ive had some lights sitting around that RamStrat gave me a while back, they were chrome and i painted them matte black. Today Kevin had a great idea to mount them under the truck so that when i open my doors they shine down for people to get in, so heres the pics and a short vid thats uploading to youtube...

sweet idea kev, nice work jay. i have a set of light in the garage i need to do something with. i was going to tie them into my reverse lights so i could actually see w/o rolling down the windows

i thought about that too, well see though cause i have a bunch of led strips im ordering and well see if these lights move back to add more reverse lighting or not...i have the led tailgate with reverse that works really good...

We tied them right into the dome light wire. This way it comes on when you open the doors, and it dims away like the interior lights do when you lock it
