WOW ~ Handed a SE card to a CHIP FOOSE CAR today!
Just got back from a cruise in at our local Sonic Burger and while I was there a guy pulls in with a bright Yellow 1970, 440, 4 speed Challenger R/T. He had just had this shipped to him from Chip Foose's place in Californina. We talked for a while and he has special designed 5 spoke wheels designed by Chip himself. He showed me a picture of him with Chip Foose and Chris.
I asked IF he belonged to any Forums and he said NO, but was looking for car shows around our area. In fact he is taking this car to the Richard Petty Car Show on May 28th.
YES... I handed him a SOUTH EAST MOPAR CARD and he said he would join. Hope so, that'd be so cool>

Very cool! Chip Foose is my hero.
I believe we already have a member that was on Overhaulin, I forget his name though. It's also a chally and he lives in Sanford, FL.

I enjoy watching these guys build cars and bringing their ideas together. It take a lot of vision and pockets to pull it off. Very cool....

Hey Jim! Chip was down here in Fl, at a CHEVY dealership in Tarpon Springs about 2 months ago for a 3 hour 'picture signing' thing. Line was about a half hour wait, and I don't do lines anymore. You can relate, we did enough in the Military. Looking forward to seeing you again up at Petty's next Saturday. It should really be something!!! God bless!

Tee and I are planning on going again to Pettys ~ Be looking forward to seeing you as well. R U staying on Bruton Smith Blvd? We had a meet at Quaker State Lube a couple months ago.
