Drop Shackles
 

Getting ready to put a set of drop shackles on my truck. How much time should I allot for this job? I've done add a leafs before but never shackles so just trying to get a gauge of how long it will take.

From what ive read its really easy, an hour or two maybe.

i'm guessin it would take me an hour or less with out major problems.

That's what I was hoping to hear. Was planning on doing it this weekend if the weather is nice but won't have a lot of time to do it.

Can you take some pics for me teach? Ill prob end up doing this myself.

I've done it many times, as long as you don't have a receiver hitch to get in the way of the shackle bolts coming out it should only take half an hour to 45 minutes. With an air ratchet or impact even less.

Sure can, no problem. Can't guarantee I will do it this weekend but when I do install them I will take pics.

I pulled off the hitch when I did the roll pan, so I should be good.

Praise the lowered wait till the cuda goes low and in jan 2012 the 3500 gets in touch with a lower center of gravity.My favorite song War-Low Rider!!!!!!!!!!!!![Kevin i sent those photos to you.]
