Not sure if any of you guy's have heard of these car's. They were rare and were built as the Trans Am/Monte Carlo and Mustang bitch slapper.

looks pretty cool. i would like to see it fixed up. it looks like a cross between the old 5.0 and the early 80 cameros

It's too bad that car was introduced during hard times with Chrysler...it was also a failure in NASCAR too, from what Ive read

Yep! Chrysler didn't have a "Pony" car like the T/A and the Mustang, so this was there attempt.

Actually, from what I have read it wasnt designed to compete with the Rustang, it was competing with the Monte Carlo, Cutlass Supreme and Thunderbird

I bought one new in 1980, beautiful dark blue. Loved it, totaled it 10 days later, crashed in to a light pole on the interstate entrance. Shoved the engine into the front seat. Still hurts.
