Have a friend in Spring Hill that got a genesis, but he didnt get the 2.0t, I think his is a 1.8 maybe? Anyhoo, he said he likes the 1.8 better than the 2.0t

Not a diesel one. I had to sell the Holset I had. I started looking at the MAPS (graph's that show where the turbo make's boost upon spooling) and even with my built 360 I couldn't churn enough to eliminate the lag and make any decent power. I have something shinier now :hmm:


What's your range on the intercooler, floor matt's and sub kit.

I wish I could use his Holset and the one I had... I really wanted twin's, but I ended up with a Bullseye s472. Should make some good hard whp/wtq with a 9.5:1 comp built 360.

How did you know what i got?? I wont be sorry. My payment is cut in half, fuel cost is in half, insurance dropped. Win win in my eyes. Plus the 2.0 is a world engine. So its a 4B11 (evo X) engine with cast internals and a slightly more restritive head. Simple bolt on mods and a tune put you over 350 whp. Forged internals and a larger turbo put in the 450 whp range. Mines also the r-spec so its a no frills car with brembos, lsd, 19's staggered, track suspension standard. Almost bought the 3.8 r-spec but the difference in price i couldnt justify. Their is < 100 hp difference and a couple grand diff in price. Spend 1500-2000 in mods and be faster with better mpg. Plus its turbo. I <3 anything turbo. The truck got traded with all the performance stuff on it.

Its alot of fun to drive. Already have the AEM CAI on it. My ARK Grip o2 back exhaust will be here fri. Then IC, bov, and tune. From what others have done should put me in the 350 whp range. Factory whp is about 180. The car stock makes me sleepy until the turn comes up!

amazing. In all my cars if had 2 12's and i loved the way they sounded in the box. I had an alpine pdx 1000 pushin them. Im not sure about shipping considering the box is big and heavy. But i would imagine it would prolly be 100 or more.
