So I got a call from Dudes insurance company today (Progressive) and the short of it is they told me they have found their insured at fault and are accepting full liability.

Watch out for Progressive. They like to have body shops that only use non-original parts. Keep an eye on them. I know from experience.

make sure they use new stuff cause they will also use stuff from the salvage yard if they can get away with it.
